
We are often afraid of own goals ! Reason:We set goals at the beginning of each year, each month, each day and at the onset of the year, we haven’t achieved those goals ! As a justification to that, we start complaining of how everything was against our odds and most of us even resort to setting mediocre goals.
But it’s not our goals which are messed up but rayher iour system of achieving them ! Case example: You have set a goal of learning Spanish in 6 months every weekend but after the 2 weeks you are tired and you just can’t continue !
Why ? Because it is a new habit to you and !
