MAKING RIGHT DECISIONS

“There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end there of are the ways of death” – Proverbs 16:25

You know, a lot of things in life operates via laws and principles. There are orders and pathways through which life operates. If you want to make the best use of anything, you just need to learn how that thing operates, so you can function effectively with it. Anything short of that could lead to disaster.

That is how life goes. There are pathways that looks good and perfect, but they are death traps, it leads nowhere, you fulfill nothing following such paths. The world may applaud you, based on their standard, but that is not all there is to life. There is more to life, than just being applauded by people, people who don’t have the final say over your life.

The age and time we live in right now is such a wonderful one. A society where moral decadence is at its peak, ethical values is fast disappearing, indiscipline is on the increase, there is little or no regards for life values, common sense, i learnt is no longer common, it’s becoming scarce, so much is happening.

Make good and right decisions….

Most of our Teenagers grow into Adulthood with a dysfunctional mindset, defective character, no sound value system, no guiding life principles, anything goes, as long as it is applauded, hmmmmmmmm,
Is that it? Is that the life you are created to live?

Our Teenagers are faced with a lot of things out there, which they are immature and less equipped to handle, though they tend to act like they know so much. They are faced with decisions to make, every now and then.

Teenagers should be made to understand that every decision they make right now has effect on their future. The attitude you have towards family, school and church; the kind of friends and the type of entertainment you choose; the role models you follow and the heroes you admire and imitate – all these have lasting results. They are not fleeting things without impact on the rest of your life.

The decisions you make now will either build you up, or destroy you. Our desire is to see you make right decisions that will build you up, and prepare you for a better future. Now is the time to make such decisions, and you must be intentional about it.

Thank you.
